Import Spectacle Lens Instruction
- Select “Eye Wear Masters”
- Then select the “Spectacle Lens”.
- Click on the “Import”
option.
- Download “Sample File”
Open “Sample File”

- Instruction of all headers
BarCode/QR Code: - If you want to input "BarCode/QR Code" it has to be unique or if you leave that column blank than the system generates "BarCode/QR Code" by its own.
Title: - If you want to add title it has to unique every time from each other or the system generate Title using “Brand, Brand Code, Index, Product and Product code”.
Brand and Brand Code: - These three options are mandatory to fill if you don’t fill up the “Title” column.
Index: - Index is mandatory to fill up if you are not filling up the “Title” column.
Product, Product Code: - - Product has to be filling up compulsory if you had not fill up “Title” column. If you are fill up the “Product” then it’s mandatory to fill up the “Product Code” option.
Material, Material Code: - This option is not mandatory.If you are fill up the “Material” then it’s mandatory to fill up the “Material Code” option.
Style, Style Code: - This option is not mandatory. If you are fill up the “Style” then its mandatory to fill up the “Style Code” option.
Color, Color Code: - This option is not mandatory.If you are fill up the “Color” then it’s mandatory to fill up the “Color Code” option.
Lens Coat, lens Coat Code: - This option is not mandatory.If you are filling up the “Lens Coat” then it’s mandatory to fill up the “Lens Coat Code” option.
Spectacle Lens Type, Spectacle Lens Code: - This option is not mandatory. If you are filling up the “Spectacle lens Type” then it’s mandatory to fill up the “Spectacle Lens Code” option.
M.R.P, Ret Price, Pur. Cost and Stock:- This option is not mandatory.If you don’t fill these options and leave them blank then the computer takes it as a “0” and this three options don’t allowed any kind of special characters except “.”
Sph, Cyl, Axis, Add, Diameter and Base Curves: - This option is not mandatory.These are the options where it’s depend upon you that if you want to fill or not and these options also not allowed special characters
